Terms of Use
Effective September 9, 20261. Who we are
panelbill.com is operated by PanelBill, LLC ("PanelBill," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What this site is
This is a pre-launch informational website for PanelBill, a billing and automation platform for hosting companies that is currently in development. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell software, a binding service agreement, or a guarantee of features, pricing, or a release date. Descriptions of planned functionality are forward-looking and may change before release.
3. The beta waitlist
Submitting your email through our signup form adds you to a waitlist. Joining the waitlist:
- Is free and does not obligate you to anything.
- Does not guarantee you a beta seat, a specific timeline, or any particular outcome.
- Can be withdrawn from at any time — email us and we'll remove you (see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data).
We may change beta eligibility, timing, or scope at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site outside of normal browsing or search-engine indexing.
- Submit the signup form on behalf of someone else without their permission, or submit false information to abuse it.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security or rate-limiting control on this site.
- Use the site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
5. Intellectual property
The PanelBill name, logo, and the content, design, and code of this website are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share pages of this site normally, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute its content or design for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. No warranty
This site, and any information on it about the PanelBill product, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because PanelBill is still in development, feature descriptions, comparisons, and timelines reflect our current plans and may change before release.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount, if any, you've paid us in connection with this site — which, for a free waitlist, is typically nothing.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
